Everybody has a fall back, forgot to plan, never fails recipe right? Well this is mine. This chicken dish has a bit of an Italian feel without being too heavy. It’s simple; it’s delicious; it’s my simply delicious chicken drumettes.
1.3ish lb of chicken drumettes
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
Red pepper flakes
Preheat the oven to 425*. Put chicken in a glass baking dish and cover with olive oil and vinegar. Lightly sprinkle drumettes on each side with garlic salt, red pepper, oregano and basil. Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake additional 20-25 minutes.
I served this with baked parmesan zucchini and lentils.
