Honey Ginger Soy Glazed Tilapia…that’s a mouthful! This flavor-full dish plants a punch in your kisser with a balance of sweet, salty and ginger-y. Delicious and simple – could food get any better?
2 Tilapia filets (or any mild fish)
1.5 tbsp of honey
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
Combine all of the ingredients (minus the fish) in a bowl and stir it up. Pour mixture over fish and let marinate for 15-20 minutes. Add a small amount of oil to a pan medium heat and cook fish for 3-4 minutes on each side or until cooked throughout. Enjoy!
Served above with quinoa, sauteed green beans and a salad.
